Grow Your Own Definition

This workshop gives participants the opportunity to redefine and take ownership of terms like ‘Girl’, ‘Gender’, and ‘Femme’ by writing acrostic poems. Participants think critically about gender and identity in a supportive space.

What’s in Your Leadership Backpack?

This workshop will introduce participants to the importance of understanding your values in the context of authentic leadership. We use the framework of “Leadership Backpacks’ to illustrate how our leadership style and values are tools we can carry with us on our leadership journey to make us the best leaders we can be.

Circle for Change

Circle for Change is our framework for breaking down the three components (leadership style, passions, and creative skills) of authentic leadership. This is a tool to encourage participants to identify what they can uniquely offer as a leader - challenging traditional views of leadership.

My Connection to Nature

This activity gives participants space to explore their connection to nature. Through creative expression and facilitated discussion we explore our relationship to nature, the benefits of being outside, and how humans impact the environment. Participants also have time to think about how they can more consciously engage with nature.

Building a Self-Care Toolkit

This activity encourages participants to explore the self-care practices that make them feel great. After a group discussion on the importance of self-care, participants draw their own ‘toolkit’ to be used in their everyday lives.
